I really like this garlic press. It has a huge chamber to put a lot of garlic in and turning is a lot easier than a regular garlic press. The holes are slightly larger than standard, but this also makes cleaning a lot easier. The chopped garlic doesn't fall off and you have to scrape it off with a knife or utensil, but I would do the same with a regular press to get all the garlic, so nothing changes the convenience. After the first shred, I scrape around the chamber to loosen the remaining material, then shred again to get the most out of it.
