so far so good, slight smell gone but that is to be expected with products with memory effect. It offers excellent support for back, stomach or side sleeping and is very comfortable. Sometimes it gets a little warmer, but quickly turn around and I fall asleep again. I have a tender neck from whiplash in a car accident and I buy three pillows a year, they cost more than this. The support will go away and I will buy another brand, another type hoping it will last. I finally bought a memory foam pillow that they no longer make and it has lasted more than five years so I hope this one will last a long time. I will leave a follow up review on how well it is holding up in the future.
