Review on Upright Human Capital Management by Joe Jordan

I enjoyed having my own profile/page where I could share information about myself along side all opportunities that are currently open at the time. While this was a good experience, it would have been nice if there were more "interaction" types available from other companies for me to "respond/reply". Some things seemed rather passive but overall they did create a great experience by allowing me to connect with some quality candidates via LinkedIn Messenger! They also helped make some key hires while helping connect with people through their events as well.-Connecting candidates and potential employees to different projects-Helped us keep track of different job openings so recruiters didn't have trouble finding specific jobs. The best part about this software has been its ability to connect with candidates from all over India. I have personally used it for multiple placements at my current organization. It was easy to use since the interface was very simple. There were some glitches here and there but they are working towards fixing them asap. We've had great results so far using their platform. They also provide good support if any issues do arise. Great product - highly recommended! Using UpRight for Recruitment.
