I bought these for my 2008 BMW 328i to fix a cylinder 5 misfire problem. The car has been driven 90,000 miles and the ignition coils are known to fail at such a distance about to fail. I installed this just before Christmas and now one of the coils has failed again. I returned them and spent another $100 on Bosch coils. The Bosch coils actually weighed a bit more, probably because they are better quality. Lesson: Don't be a cheapskate and only buy name brand parts if you're going to do it yourself. Reinstalling is tedious and defeats the purpose of the DYI car maintenance project.
