We've had a lot of wildfire smoke this summer. I bought this device to make the air in my living room breathe better. It worked! However, after the air cleared, I had to look for another use for this device. IDEA! my brother smokes just before he gets into my car and the smell of smoke follows him into the car. Since I'm a non-smoker, the smell is unpleasant. I have a 110 volt outlet on my SUV. I plugged in the device and it was hidden on the floor behind the driver's seat. This helped rid the air of the smell. Plus it's so quiet my brother didn't know it worked. Finally, when the unit is not in use, I keep it in our spare room to run regularly to remove the smell of the musty enclosed space. The device arrived in hard packaging and it was so easy to get started. I haven't had to change the filter yet, so I don't know where to buy replacement filters. The company I bought it from has all the answers and support when I need to ask them any questions. I'm sure they will help me if I need a filter.
