Review on LW Triangle Sushi Onigiri White: Perfectly Shaped Delight for Japanese Cuisine Aficionados by Alex Smith

Apparently I bought these molds to make Onigiri. Other reviews said they were small molds but I figured I'd buy them anyway for the price. They work as intended and are fairly easy to use. Although they are definitely small. I made quite large onigiri with my (relatively small female) hands, but I didn't want to burn myself anymore. Even the larger shape makes the onigiri much smaller than me. I haven't tried stuffing yet, but I suspect it will work if the portions are small. Pros: Easy to clean, easy to use, beautifully shaped onigiri. Cons: Probably less than most would like.
