My beloved Lexus RX-300 has a typical annoying problem. After years of use, the driver's side sun visor begins to sag and not stay in the "up" position. Replacements are available, but the cost doesn't make sense for a 20-year-old SUV. A couple of 35mm strips of this 3M tape did the trick. one piece on the back of the visor and one on the ceiling. I've used self-adhesive Velcro on many projects, but this 3M product is much better. Unlike Velcro, there are no "male or female" finishes. All of the strips interlock and their alignment doesn't seem to affect holding power much. Since using these strips on my sun visor I have found many other uses: attaching remote controls to electronic devices, installing batteries and receivers in my RC model boats and planes, etc. Great product, highly recommend!
