Updated review after 10 months and a broken chair: I weigh 185 pounds at 5' 11" which is average height and weight. While sitting in this chair, I adjusted my seating position.aka shifted my butt in the seat.and I heard a loud pop followed by a tiny thud on the floor. The first of two lead? bushings shattered and fell out, leaving me completely lopsided in this stupid chair. Now I get why they sent the second chair as retribution for the misdrilled holes. They knew this piece of crap would fall apart eventually. So, my advice after having spent the money on it and used it normally for 10 months: don't buy it. Buy one that isn't just a little too short. Buy one that doesn't start failing on you after a few months of use. Buy one that actually has cushion in the seat. Don't be fooled by the pleather fabric. This chair is junk, through and through. You'd do better spending $30 in person at the local department store for a chair of the same quality that will probably outlast this one.My lesson learned: never buy a chair from an online retailer that has no real reputation to speak of.Updated review after having the chair for 8 months: This chair fails. The seat is uncomfortable after a couple hours of sitting, it has an odd rock to it even when the back is in the locked position, and it's to the point now that it barely locks in the upright position. The upright is now more of a mid-reclined position. I weigh 185, so not a big guy by any means. I'm 40, so I'm not a hyper kid bouncing on this thing or anything. It's just not quality and you should expect to replace this after about the 6 months mark. This shouldn't be purchased as a full time office chair, but if you only plan on using it for an hour a day you may be willing to settle for this chair.Original review after having the chair for a couple weeks: I had a minor issue (misdrilled hole in the underside of the seat) but the company responded quickly and resolved it (by sending me a second chair for free instead of having me send this crappy one back). This chair seemed** great for the price. It looked good, the pleather feels soft and nice, and it rolls smoothly. I was happy with this chair (until it was used for a few months) and with the service (free chair) this company provided. Thank you (for nothing at this point)!
