Cool stuff! Suitable for anything that sticks to the pan or soaks in fat. Started making frozen fish fingers for the kids this week, and it was a win - it didn't come out squishy on the bottom or stick to the pan. Switched to dad gear this morning and went full bacon mode with a whole pack on a rack (lady is on a health trip so we used less fat but probably made up for cooking a pound lol). It came out great!
