Very disappointed with the flower. It is very very small and obviously not the same as the picture. I'm sad because it was supposed to be a present for a friend whose grandmother had just passed away. That should be something special for her. But in the end I left the product because it looks cheap. I don't know why the reviews are ringing when it comes to quality. But I appreciate the way the product is packaged. Comes with a box and styrofoam to ensure it won't break, as well as a paper bag to put the item in and a small card. Also, I'm more disappointed than pleased considering it's not cheap. Edit: After I left my review, the seller contacted me and apologized for my disappointment. This simple action prompted me to change my grades. They have very good customer service.
