Review on Universal Triad C240SI120RH Fluorescent Ballast by Souly Buddy

I thought it was a new ballast but when I received it today the end tabs were bent and the paint was peeling where the nuts and bolts appeared to be tightened . The wiring was new so I assumed it was a rebuilt ballast with new internals. I decided to install these but after reassembling them only half the bulbs worked and I installed new bulbs. So now this ballast is not working properly and I will have to remove it and put it back in. UPDATE: The ballast is now working as we had a wiring issue on the input side. We fixed that and now the ballast works as advertised. I've upgraded my rating to a 3 as it's still not a new ballast.
