I found this bag extremely cute and was so happy to receive it! However, I found it to be quite disappointing and had to write a review immediately in the same hour I received it.Pros, the design is super cute, the material quality is great, and the size is perfect. However, I found quite a bit of flaws which are leaving me quite disappointed.First, I noticed two black dots, the size of a sharpie marker dot, on my bag. They are not coming off as quickly as I'd hope and it's taking quite a bit of rubbing just to remove just one dot. Second, the inside zipper was not completely closed. It looked like it was broken, as the sides were zipped up but the center was open. I fixed this by opening the entire zipper and re-closing. Third, when using the strap to hold the bag on your shoulder, I noticed the handles of the bag do not relax on the side of the bag. It's always sticking out. It seems like the handles are made to always stand up and not relax on the sides. Fourth, and probably the biggest disappointment, it doesn't seem like the bag was designed to be filled to its capacity. It seems like the bag was made so the top part looks like the zipper can fold in so it looks more like a purse. I'm not happy with this design as I just lost 2 inches of height and I can't utilize the entire volume of the bag (not ideal when you're going on trips). Fifth, the clamp on the strap to hook to the bag was really tightly at first. Not a big deal once you get it open. Sixth, the inside fabric is on the thin and cheaper side. Not a big deal but it is a con. Lastly, I ordered the tan color and the color that it came in is a bit darker than the photo.Conclusion: Good material and design which makes it look like a classy weekender bag but it was delivered with quite a few issues. I realize the issues are small but I feel it's only fair to write my honest opinion for other buyers. There are too many small cons which delivered a disappointed experience/first impression.
