The ability to manage all aspects of the customer relationship from initial contact through final payoff. I like that it allows me to have access to my account information in the back office at any time, not just during business hours. I dislike that you cannot transfer files between accounts. I'm looking for a way to keep track of my current loans using the cloud so I can use the computer when I am away from home. It has helped me to be able to stay organized and keep track of my finances as well as communicate with customers who are having problems paying their bills.
