My 2003 Silverado is the base class so it had manual AC windows. I put in power windows matched to the manual, here's that power window thingy. This went on for about 2 years and the engines died. It was also quite annoying to do everything perfectly. But I installed them in about 45 minutes per site. It was very easy to mount all the screws and everything fitted together perfectly. Once you figure out where the rails are actually placed on the window, it slides up smoothly. I bought driver side and passenger side for my truck. They didn't come with switches, luckily switches already existed. I would definitely recommend using these products rather than trying to find an adapter for your hand crank window, they run much smoother and are very easy to install.
