Nice little device for $6. Reads accurately on the battery. Although I think the sensor cannot work on Li-ion battery voltage. I bought two and both ran out within a short time. The product description does not state that they are rated for 12v. I suspect my bike is putting out too much voltage than the sensor can handle, causing it to shut down under load while riding. The sensor was connected to the ignition switch for 12V DC. I have seen that some sensors and displays actually show the operating voltage to be operated between 3 and 30V. This does not mean what the sensor reads, but how much voltage it can work with. Hope that helps
