I love her! Best in Pizza Pans and Stones

Exactly what I was looking for in a custom sized deep plate! The only downside is that they scratch easily so be careful with them. However, they work great for a deep dish! I've even used them to make cookie dough pizza and they've been a hit! I'd just make sure you also put a baking sheet on the grate below to catch anything from the holes, but that wasn't overkill in my experience. Worth buying
