Review on πŸŽ₯ Neewer Wall Mounting Boom Arm: Enhancing Studio Lighting with 180Β° Rotation & Max Length 66.5 Inches (Black) by Ines Jones

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Heavy duty, flexible and easy to use

Small office/studio. I set them high and so the diagonal release is only about 1/4 turn to loosen them enough to pivot down and still stay in place. The closures at the ends are also very flexible. They can then be placed protruding from the end of the post or perpendicular to it, horizontally or vertically. They even came with some very strong fasteners, but I placed them on hollow drywall and had to modify them a bit. If you're attaching them to a cavity wall with wood studs, I suggest lining up a set of holes with studs and using your own wood screws. If you attach to the wall with metal studs, it's a little more difficult. My only complaint is that I also bought some safety lines and there was no convenient place to secure them, so I wrapped them around the pipe after the first one. Handle.

Pros
  • Secure attachment: 4 set screws included so you can easily and securely mount the boom to a solid wall
Cons
  • Easily torn
