Review on 🔧 Advanced 4-Way AC Diagnostic Manifold Gauge Set with 1/4" Can Tap for R410A, R22, R134A HVAC Systems by Jose Smith

Good enough for government service. The 4th port is convenient for connecting a vacuum pump without changing the tubing from the pump to the bottle. I read a review that the fittings don't fit an automotive 134A, I can say mine do. operator error? Also included are 2 adapters. 1 is for the vacuum pump, the other is like a 30lb bottle. I haven't tried yet. If I used it every day I could spend $$$ on something better, but for everyday use it's good.
