UPDATE 8/10/20: I received a reply a few weeks later and they sent replacement hooks and extra screws asap. For that I'm increasing the rating by one star, although I still honestly warn that you need to check every detail received. Sheldon (my turtle) still loves the shelf and although it fits him snugly (he is an adult RES 6.5-7.5 inches) he uses it very easily and even with 3 hooks it holds his weight well. The ramp tilted but offered no resistance. definitely with its weight. UPDATE 7/11/20: No response from anyone for spare parts so far and to be honest this is very disappointing. I would have upgraded this to 4 stars if it wasn't for this. 3 weeks, my turtle got used to the aquarium ramp and finally started using it. When I got the ramp I was really excited because there was finally a ramp that fit my adult turtle. She is about 5 x 7 inches (never measured her) but I figured she wouldn't fit on a smaller fissure turtle so she got her big! Definitely big enough (my 6 inch hand for reference). I really wanted to use it, so I immediately started collecting it. , only to find that one of the hooks I received was bent on the wrong end. The rest of the hooks are bent normally (no holes on the clean side), but the one pictured here is completely wrong. Because of this, the platform is shaking, which is terrible. I'm afraid he won't want to climb if the platform isn't stable. I really don't know what to do with it now other than try to use it with what I have and hope it uses it. Since my tank is very close to the wall it is also very difficult to hang the hooks as they are much thicker than expected. Of course it's not bad because I know they'll last a long time, but it's a little uncomfortable.
