Review on Nestle Resource Benecalorie 1 5 Case by Ashley Webb

The product itself is fantastic for those who are trying to maintain/gain weight due to illness. I would give this 5 stars. It has no flavor and can be added to oatmeal, smoothies, soups, etc. We have been using the product for 2 months with no problems. Then, as of summer 21, the product arrived with wiper rings on the packaging, indicating a definite leak. When opened, it didn't look like regular yogurt, instead separating into an oily liquid and a solid. It was wrong! I called Nestle and they said there was a problem with the delivery. When it happened again, it was a memory issue. Revain returned the money as did Nestle when I tried to shop from them. We really expected this product to be 700-1000 calories for my husband. I wish they found another way of packaging. Very upset as the product itself is great, it just won't get to you in one piece!
