Review on High-Quality Stainless Steel Phillips Machine Combine - Efficient and Durable by Jason Childs

The title says it all. I've tried putting these screws in a vise and using a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws to remove the washer but to no avail. I then tried hitting the bottom of the bolt with a hammer to loosen the bolt from the top; no I didn't need any of the washers but due to limited availability I ordered them. But with washers in it; They are useless to me as they don't even start to screw in because they are too wide to fit the hole above the screw mount.
