I didn't have any complaints about anything because the benefits much outweighed the drawbacks. Got pros: 1. A sound so powerful that it brings even the soul to its heels. These are the best ears I've ever had the pleasure of listening to. Having ears from Sony, however, is also an experience in and of itself. 2. This place has the craziest battery ever. However, the battery that was included in the box did not live up to our expectations. 3. The construction quality is outstanding! Because the materials are of such high quality, the sensations that you experience from holding it give you a rush. 4. Bass, you are looking at a gun. Given that this is a Sony product, I'm not sure what more I can say about the bass. 5. Boxing. It is stunning beyond belief, and the texture is soft and smooth, but it is a sufficient size. Some cons: Where can we find the software, Sony? What exactly are you supposed to do with these ears? This is bullshit, ears have been sold for over 7,000 dollars, and the application and decrease in noise have not been delivered. There is no requirement for noise cancellation because the passive isolation is so good.
