Good low power damper
This model offers an order of magnitude less drag than sport bike dampers. If you need a lot of cushioning, this isn't what you're looking for. I got it on a recumbent trike (the paddle powered variety) and it turned it from a high speed death trap into a Maserati. Adjustment goes from almost none to moderate resistance.
