The tool has helped us with our internal communications by providing an easy way for all stakeholders from across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing & Engineering) at one place within Salesforce! It also helps keep track of important information such as communication schedule or deadlines etc., which can help save time otherwise spent searching through emails / spreadsheets - saving valuable hours each week. I would say there's nothing much i dislike about it so far but if you are looking forward towards some more features like integration capabilities then maybe consider other options too while evaluating this platform!! We have started using sophilys internally commuication portal/tool recently where we share news updates regarding sales campaigns along-with meeting schedules among team members who work remotely during different times zones.
