Although the packaging appeared brand new, as soon as I opened and unpacked the location where the user manual and/or booklet and/or disc was located, it was EMPTY except for the FCC statement of compliance. I emptied the whole box. There are no setup instructions. Very disappointed. I go online and look for the PDF but this really spoiled my purchase. I guess I'll be happy once I hook it up and set it up, because Logitech speakers have been around for years and are pretty reliable. easy to use and offer good sound quality. I just didn't have to work that hard to use a plug and play product. At least it seems that enough cables are included for powering and connecting to the TV. It could also be due to the missing cables, who knows, since I don't have a user manual with "what's in the box" list. Very sad. Bad Revain, not Logitech. When I unplugged it and just used the subwoofer and 4 other speakers the sound was great. I'm fine with only 4 speakers but that feels like a bad ending to a disappointing purchase.
