I was very skeptical about this disc. I actually bought this for my husband (he has numbness in his legs from a dislocated disc in his back). He finds it very difficult to walk because his feet are very sensitive. My ankle was swollen after rolling it. I went to the doctor and got a cortisone shot and the swelling went down. After a while the tumor returned. I started walking on this disc when it hurt and my foot muscles relaxed. After walking and standing on it, my foot pops and pops. The swelling has gone. That was incredible. It didn't help my husband but it helped me with my ankle problems. And it's a lot cheaper than going to the doctor for an injection.
