I have had upper back and neck pain due to poor posture for many years. My chiropractor suggested I order one of these. I bought these to replace the simpler version. I am very happy with this update. The pay is much stronger. The whole system is well thought out. Even the wheels are solid and durable. There's a lot more stretch, comfortably. I used it every 3 days for about 2 months. I feel great relief! My posture has shown positive results and I am sleeping better. It offers wonderful ease of use and I'm really looking forward to it. It is important to follow the instructions carefully, not to overexert yourself. Start slowly and at the lowest level. it ensures an intense back stretch! Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to use other stretching options due to lack of time. However, I like the fact that there is an option for when I can finally use it. Would recommend this to friends and family without hesitation!
