I have 2 of these printers which I bought on sale for 100 each. The first car was a return car, the hot end was heavily packed. I've tried cleaning it but to no avail and tried replacing the hot end with one of the 3 spares that came with the unit. Poloroid decided that a flare nut made out of some sort of soft metal was the best choice for attaching the hot end and also decided that it would be better to use an Alan wrench which will be slightly smaller. The Alan key rounded the corners of the nut on the first try and now the nut is stuck since it was removed. Bonus! The Playmart app requires you to create a Poloroid account, but when you sign up, your email may be rejected for no reason, and instead of fixing the problem, you'll have to fix it yourself (you, creating a new E -Mail is easy enough but they should fix their crap)
