The team was incredibly professional, responsive to my needs and concerns during our initial engagement, as well as with follow up throughout the duration of the project! They were able to come onboard immediately and bring value from day 1. I would highly recommend them- they are amazing at what we needed done for us; so much good stuff came out of having such an organized effort around this one little project! We had been working closely with another agency previously who did not have enough time/resources available (their timeline was too rushed) so when I learned about GC it made sense to engage them sooner rather than later. As mentioned above- they got right on board and started making big changes within days which allowed me to be more focused by putting work toward completion into place. It felt like a lot happened quickly but without being overwhelming - there's still plenty left to do even now. The team at GC are very professional, have great ideas for our business and always listen to us with respect! They're creative but not too out there - I like it when they come up with practical ways of making things happen within my organisation (and sometimes outside). Nothing as such; however we do get some really good insights into what's happening across all areas of an organization or industry from time-to-time which can be helpful if you've got any questions about your own work/business.
