Review on Five Ten Sleuth Mountain Bike Men's Shoes for Athletic by Jason Graham

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exceeded my expectations

I switched from SPD to running shoes after not riding a mountain bike for several years. Sleuth works way better than I ever expected; It's easier to feel where your foot is on the pedals, and if I'm wrong I'm less likely to fall off the pedals. At first I thought the soles were too soft underfoot, but by the end of the first ride I got used to it. I am shocked how sticky the soles are. Fit: The fit is odd, the shoes are slightly narrower and slightly longer than average. My actual size is about 10.5 wide but the usual 11.5 is perfect for: New Balance, Danner, Montrail, Columbia. This shoe is too long and narrow for 11.5 but suitable for cycling. To me they have the European Adidas/Puma uniform, not the American uniform.
