The weather was finally good and I was able to use my shoes on my local trail. The sole is very sticky and holds the bike pedals well. It was comfortable and fit perfectly. While I can't say much about durability, the canvas/suede material is well made and keeps my feet dry when I hit puddles while riding.
Pros
Excellent materials. Better than expected. Fits perfectly!
Cons
I didn't particularly like these. Good durability and adhesion to the pedals. You hurt my ankle, but that's a private matter.
I wanted good cycling shoes that can be used without spikes. I've used regular running or hiking shoes but they work much better. The soles are stiffer than hiking boots and I could feel the difference when pedaling. You feel a little more connected to the pedals, but not really connected to them like you do with clamps. I usually wear US size 10 and this size 10 fits me perfectly. Maybe a little tight for me but I think the next size up will be sloppy. Although the sole is stiffer than hiking…
Pros
I wear them on my daily bike ride to and from work. I love her.
Cons
One of them got his butt blown off mountain biking twice a month at the age of 5 months.
I rode 2,500 miles from Key West to Luebeck, Maine in these shoes. I have two main problems. Firstly I have a wide foot but I usually buy a size 11 to cover the width. The shoes look longer than usual and definitely narrower. I should have known - my previous experience has told me that Adidas shoes are for narrow feet. The second issue is that the sole is very thin and doesn't provide enough insulation from my steel pedals in cold weather. Also, after 2500 miles of riding, the outsole seems to
Pros
👍
Cons
Looks nice but doesn't fit. Will have to return. It's more than it should be.
The reason I bought these shoes was to use them with a new pair of flat bike pedals that use a set of pins in the pedal to help the foot stay on each pedal. The soles of these boots match the new pedals and pegs very well. In addition, the fabric construction of the shoe is very pleasant for the feet and ensures walking comfort. I am very happy. I don't wear these shoes with anything other than riding.
These are pretty comfortable shoes. This pair is a bit small, but that's not a problem considering I only use them when my feet are on the pedals. My fat bike and hardtail pedals grip them properly when I'm out on trails, and the stiff sole also protects my feet from rocks and roots much better than the shoes I wore to ride. Very happy with the purchase!
Pros
Bastante Komodos, son of Justo lo Que esperaba y mas. aun no los he probado con la bicicleta pero se sientes bastante comodos
Cons
The size chart is wrong. The image is too narrow. I have to return it
Really good style, hard sole, good grip but I wear 11.5 US in Clarks for a perfect fit. Ordered 11.5 based on comments and they fit more like 11. Pushes big nail right on (Egyptian shaped foot). If I had to walk in it, that would be a real problem. Overall I like them and feel uncomfortable trying to return an item after using it myself on a short trip. I'll deal with that and be glad my feet aren't slipping off the pedals causing falls and new scars on my feet. happiness is relative. World!
Pros
She is well-behaved and has a tough sole to match
Cons
The seams on the inside of the sock rubbed against the leg and caused discomfort. I am back.
Great for my narrow feet and they don't look like curly shoes. The stickiness of rubber is not the same as that of freeriders. But detectives are much better looking. It seems much better. So it all depends on whether you're looking for an all-round shoe (sleuths) that will later take you tolerably from singletrack to the bar, or a dedicated trail shoe that excels at performance but looks almost ridiculous.
Pros
Fine. I liked these but they were too narrow for my foot.
First pair of MTB shoes so I can't compare them to other brands but I know this shoe is very well made. It fits perfectly and I can't complain. 5 Stars
Pros
good style. great fit
Cons
May not be suitable for people with allergies to certain materials.
This is a very comfortable shoe for those who don't want to wear a buckle-on cycling shoe. They have a hard sole and a fairly smooth bottom so they won't snag on the pedals even when using rat trap straps. The reviews I read said they were large but I always wear a size 12 and they also fit me well in a size 12. My street shoe size is an 11. I only rated them good for durability because I just use them have received. How can I know for sure right now?
If you doubt your purchase, take it, I'm very happy with my pair. It feels like my feet are stuck in the pedals. They are comfortable and I don't feel like an idiot wearing them just walking around the store. They seem to hold up, I've enjoyed them so far! Got it!
Pros
Nice lightweight shoe that has replaced my old 510s. They fit great, look great and hold up really well on my pedals!
Cons
May not be suitable for those who prefer a minimalist design.
I've been riding in cheap Big 5 low top shoes for years, my partners have teased me all the time, they fit well and offer a firmer foothold when pedaling, I see value in riding shoes. , although I could buy 3 pairs of sneakers cheaply, 😆
Pros
This is the best mountain bike shoe brand out there and this show doesn't disappoint.
I initially wear a men's size 12 in almost every other shoe, but listened to the reviews and ordered a 11.5 for fear that 11 would be too small. When I first tried them on they definitely fit, but were a bit loose. I considered returning them for 11 but then found that the insoles that came with the shoes are ridiculously flimsy with no support. So I put in my extra set of SuperFeet Greens and boom, better support gave me that little extra comfort I was looking for. :)
Pros
Good rigidity. Grips well. it looks cool
Cons
May not be sufficiently adjustable for different foot shapes.
Stylish, durable, enduring and inexpensive. Pretty much a great entry-level mountain bike or gravel shoe that doesn't look out of place if you plan on running around town, but these shoes really are great. I usually put an 8.5 in all my adidas. There have been a few Adidas like Stan Smiths Primeknit that got this big and I had to go full size down to a 7.5 but other than that you can point me to 8 in all Adidas. Well I read the reviews and a lot of people said they should go down half a size…
Pros
Generally good shoes but I would like to see them in a wide range.
Sleuth Five Tens are terrible. The outsole is thin and offers no protection in the toe area. The canvas material that makes up part of the sock is no thicker than a heavily starched sock. Any running shoe offers more protection than this one. It's almost dangerous to call it a mountain bike shoe. The outsole is so thin at the front that you can feel your toes sitting higher than the toe box (which is wafer thin). The outsole is also flush with the sock material, so you don't have a "bumper" to…
Nice looking shoes, comfortable - suitable for walks in the mall. But there isn't enough rigid ground plane in the sole. Really more tennis shoes. Let's get back to Shimano.
Pros
Excellent
Cons
May not provide adequate traction in certain areas.
This is my first pair of 5 10's since Adidas bought them! Great looking shoes, sticky soles as always. I won't be using this particular pair for riding, but they are a great pair of everyday casual shoes. And when I decide to grab my bike for a quick ride, I know my feet will be pedaling hard!
