Review on Dyson Internal Hose Assembly DY 920682 01 by Becky Haferkamp

February 2018 update, my part broke again exactly 10 months later! ! This time it's broken at both ends, not just in the red area. Now we are arguing with my husband about replacement or repair. I want him to just fix it since a new vacuum costs a few hundred dollars but he has to spend an hour replacing a part every 10 months! This will be the third time he has to repair this part. I don't believe these are genuine parts or the Dyson just has horrible parts. Previous rating. Now we have the second spare part. Revain shows me that I ordered this part 10 months ago and it broke again. The original part on my dc65 broke in the hose after about 1 year of use. My spare part broke off at the red part, the screw area broke off. The man says he won't fix it after that time since it's flatbread. Attached is a photo of the defective part. As I said, it took 10 months.
