It's ok for my purposes. I bought a matching beaded back brace to go with this one. It's hot in Texas and if I get sweaty it protects the seat. I feel comfortable sitting in it. Well done. My only issue is that it moves when getting in and out and I have to move a bit to change its position. As a result, it curls around the edges, and when I get in the van, my ass slides along the rolled-up edge, causing repositioning or rolling under my ass, making matters worse. I have to twist it to keep it's shape. I suppose I could add some sort of strap to keep it flat, but that's not going to happen. I found it a bit pricey but threading the beads doesn't have to be easy and the quality is good.
