I Started I trained for Toughmudder and my coach told me something that changed my life. I used to get sick after a very strenuous workout. I always thought it was from the germs at the gym. He told me that as my body repairs micro-tears in the muscles, my immune system becomes weaker and more susceptible to disease. I pushed them out 6 times post workout like they were going out of style. Powder is probably better, but until I'm done with it I can't tell. I feel great and have been working flawlessly for a few weeks. I will take this steep course for breakfast.
