Matt painted used cleat tool
It's ok but I'm a little disappointed that they aren't as good as the picture (not even close) and the cleat tool is definitely used and rusty. They actually have a matte finish. The packaging also left a lot to be desired, as the box was practically destroyed. To be honest I wish I had bought them at the local auto zone.
