No instructions included but we ended up putting it together so our parrot could easily take it apart - that was the disappointing part. The good news is that the toy held our parrot and allowed him to endure outbursts of anger, one cube wall at a time. By the time her destructive moments bottomed out, she had calmed down, realized how fun the toy was and wanted to return it, but we were too annoyed to put it back together. So a word of warning: get to know your parrot psyche first, and if you have the patience, then this toy is worth buying! LAUGH OUT LOUD
