Base craft paint with suitable viscosity for an even and smooth coverage of surfaces. It is not thick or pigmented enough for most easel painting techniques. Like most acrylic craft paints it is fairly opaque (covers well), dries quickly and washes off easily. Mine arrived safely in handy bottles. The product looks thoroughly mixed, not clumpy or layered. I should add that I have several old bottles of this brand of paint that are almost ten years old and are not deformed or dried out. Good, simple, inexpensive product.
