Review on Contour Gauge Profile Adjustable Lock Fathers by Tuan Core

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Every man needs that.

I would say that about every tool. It's one of those things you buy BEFORE you feel you need it. I recently tiled my bathroom and this tool is just what you need to make the job EASY. Especially near objects with an unusual shape. Just click on an object to get a profile and turn the lever to hold that profile so you can transfer it to your work. The only thing I don't like is that the blades are a little thin, but they should be thin. give a good profile on difficult things. If the screw is set too tight, it will also be difficult to use, but if it is too loose, some blades may slip completely. Finally, orange blades can be slightly tilted left or right in the tool body. This can change your measurements a bit, so make sure they're straight and square before, during, and after you use them to get a profile. The lock works great. As soon as you flip the lever, they lock securely in place and don't move. You get two different sizes so you can cover a reasonable distance when molding around objects or deprofiling crowns or other trim. They came with two pencils and a small tape measure about 6 feet long. They are helpful too. Overall I'm very happy with it, there are just a few things to watch out for. Some of these things are operator related, not necessarily a tool issue, more of a learning curve.

Pros
  • Why do I need a Ldcx circuit sensor?
Cons
  • So far so good
