I bought an Orange Lava RTV 659 BBQ dealer because it was rated 650F. Black is rated at 450F. It was easy to use. I sprayed alcohol on the surface first, I had to apply sealant, wipe clean and wait 10 minutes. Application was easy and smooth except the base of the tip kept coming off. I had to hold the tip's applicator base with one finger while guiding the tip over the grid seams. Needless to say, very annoying. Guu stepped aside and made a big mess. I had to scrape off the bits that came out of the threads of the base of the tip. Happy with the end result but unhappy with the horrible metal carving of the product container. Part of the product was wasted due to poor packaging and thankfully disposable gloves, otherwise the cleaning would have been very messy.
