The 12-core 7920x goes from 75 on average, and is inferior to the threadripper in work tasks. Config - asus prime x399-a, ddr4 3466, asus strix gtx1080, samsung 960 evo, cougar cmx 700. Has pros: Price-power. Took for rendering on corona renderer. The test benchmark shows 12022 at stock frequencies with 3466 RAM. Quite cold even on air, 55-60 degrees with the noctua NH-U14S cooler. Power consumption after bios flashing shows 120W, and this is much less than what is indicated in the TX. My i7 4930k ate no less. Its cons: It is difficult to find cooling for it, and amd did not bother with this issue in any way - the boxed delivery is beautiful, but without a cooler. The overclocking potential is weak, 4 hertz is the peak for it, and in my case it does not work stably at 3.9 for a long time. I'm sitting on the drain, the power is still enough.
