Only works in one direction

I have a Gigabyte RTX 2070 super. According to Amazon it fits all rtx 2070/super. Evga's website states that the 2070 Super is compatible with some model numbers which I now assume are unique to EVGA 2070 Supers. This is not related to my graphics card as it can only be installed one way. If the clips on the power connectors are facing up then you will not be able to use this product as evga does not offer the ability to reverse the pins and therefore does not make their product universal for the wider market. I'm retrieving my useless piece of plastic
