Excellent customer service, excellent technical help

We used integrifys business services team during our sales cycle - they were outstanding! They made it look easy when we had no idea how anything worked at all (we didn't know what any of this was). Their techs always responded very quickly and took care of us right away if there were problems along the way. Great support staff overall but I wish that my first interaction would've been better. The reps just weren't as knowledgeable about things like Salesforce compared to other companies/companies within our industry so I felt rushed through some parts of the conversation and not given enough time to understand everything fully before signing off on something. It seems as though I'm getting more pushback from them now than ever because i think they feel bad after those initial interactions. Still great product overall but definitely be prepared to take your own notes while talking to these guys - sometimes you may need clarification since they don't do much explaining.
