Great if you need two USB-C ports and only have one. I use it for my external storage and card reader, not for charging.

Just what I need for my ACER laptop with only one USB-C port. I use this to connect a USB-C card reader and an external USB-C drive at the same time. I always back up files on the go and this allows me to go straight from the card to the drive instead of having to go to the laptop drive first!
