Very Pleased With Tendril Results - Great Customer Service
The ease of use, quick response time, friendly staff members who are always willing to help out in any way they can.
I would say that this is one service you don't want to go without when dealing with your credit score! There really isn't anything negative about their product or customer care; it's all good! They have been very helpful as we transitioned from another software platform into theirs. We were able to see our progress at every step along the process which made us feel more confident moving forward.
Pros
- It actually makes sense now so much less information required than before where each month there wasn’t an abundance amount requiring double (or triple) effort..and not knowing what data goes towards whom how confusing..now everything has its place here
