These phones don't have an option to completely turn off the rear screen when not on the charger, so they eventually die even when not in use, unless they're on the charger the whole time because they don't call. . The big problem is that while the headsets show I have a message on the phone, they don't and I can't remove the message icon from the phone without turning off the entire base. Later, the message icon still comes back and the stupid blinking light that drains the battery keeps blinking. So yes, these things have problems.
