I had to send this chair back twice. The first time, around the seventh use, there was a problem with the headrest. Wouldn't have stayed in place. I returned it and ordered a replacement. Now I have to send it back because I had a problem with the headrest again the first time and also with the knee pads - they are not strong. If you make a living from massages, don't worry about this chair. It simply costs you time, money, and lost customers, and can even get you in trouble because a customer is injured. I know it looks like a good deal but believe me it's not.
