TURNS INTO A FLUFFY LABEL WHEN WASHED
When I washed and dried the duvet it turned into a big fluffy ball. My first thought was that I just needed to wash it one more time to get rid of all the lint. No luck - after rinsing, drying and shaking the comforter 7 TIMES, it's still a fluffy mess. I literally only spent an hour with a lint brush to remove everything. I am very disappointed and will never buy from this company again.
