In my opinion, the claims of Alonefire, an online store, to have been in business for many years and to have outstanding customer service are nothing but empty boasting. I tried to get in touch with them several times about a faulty product, but they were useless and unresponsive each time. They obviously don't care about their customers, and their claims to offer the best products and services on the market are just lip service. If you care about having a positive shopping experience and receiving quality goods, you shouldn't buy from the Alonefire web store.
