It's not something you'll read everywhere online but if your looking into hiring an agency/translation vendor then look no further than jin yue; great customer support & fast turn around times!! We are using Jin Yue as part of our internal communications department here @ KPMG Canada which has translated over 1000 documents since being implemented last year alone.
