The software part is very annoying and annoying, there are several services running on the back of their synapse kit (without it it's just a black plastic mouse pad) Bought for my studio computer , as well a mouse and an expensive keyboard of the same brand and it occasionally hangs up on my system during recording and also keeps sending packets out onto the internet, it must be a mouse pad but as the song says I feel like someone is trying to get me observed. When I use a hard firewall the system freezes with a window saying Synapse Rayzer has exceptions etc etc etc in Windows 10 2021 update. The products are great, the software suit that manages the product lets it down me thinking I should buy something else.
